The stack test
A stack is a list of software. A system is a set of decisions that remain connected as work moves from strategy to execution.
If your team re-enters the audience, voice, offer and objective in every tool, integration has not solved the coordination problem.
- Can the calendar explain the strategy behind a slot?
- Can production read the approved brand rules directly?
- Can the next plan see what the last campaign taught you?
Files move; context does not
Most toolchains move an asset well. They are much weaker at moving the reason an asset exists.
That missing reasoning is why a perfectly integrated stack can still produce inconsistent work.
Build around the shared source
Start with a small brand and campaign record that every stage can read. Keep it editable, named and reviewable.
